We are pleased to announce that we are expanding our Claims Management capability to include Legal Expenses Insurance Claims, including Landlord Legal and Rent Guarantee Claims.
We have created a new dedicated team, led by Head of Claims, Kerry-Anne Dowdell. Kerry-Anne brings significant Landlord Legal and Rent Guarantee Claims and will be instrumental in helping guide her team through the evolving new legislation in the Renters Rights Bill. Kerry-Anne is supported by Katie Mott, Debbie Mags and Lisa Johnstone. Solicitor April Keefe-Doherty will provide legal support and advice.
The new team will be managing claims from FNOL through to completion, utilising the experience of knowledge of carefully selected partners, as appropriate, during the claims handling journey.
